Approach: I generally try to attack training from all angles.
It's important for anyone to keep up a solid fitness foundation. I build that foundation with the inclusion of regular cardiovascular workout components alongside practical muscle conditioning, strength and endurance training.
My m3f sessions are almost completely interactive. My main movitators are though participation! We train hard and we train together.
Here's a thought: Quite often motivation comes as a result of action. On those days you don't feel like training, it's then that it's more important to lay down the law to yourself and hit it hard. Almost always you feel better for it afterwards!
